Sourceform acts as processor for customer documents, questions, answers, and handoff data. We act as controller for account, billing, and necessary security telemetry.
Retention
Chat and handoff data follow the customer-selected retention period. Security metadata is retained for 90 days and platform audit events for 12 months, subject to legal requirements.
Your rights
Requests for access, correction, export, or deletion can be sent to privacy@sourceform.eu. Customer end users should generally contact the organisation operating their assistant.
